Shipping & Returns
At the moment, we offer shipping to the U.S. only.
In an effort to be especially mindful of state laws, we restrict shipping of our tobacco pipes to certain U.S. States, though the rest of our items ship to anywhere in the U.S. (We encourage you to contact your lawmakers if you feel your state’s laws should change!)
Please be sure your delivery address is secure - Barbari Shop is not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the requested address.
Barbari shop will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock.
We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will be refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Adult signature required upon delivery.
We hope that you love everything about your purchase from Barbari Shop. However, if you would like to return an item for store credit please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with “return” as the subject and attach your digital receipt and we will send you the return information.
We are glad to exchange any full price, unused, unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online purchase for store credit only. All items returned must be unused and have any original tags or packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. After 14 days, all sales are final.
We will not accept any returns that have been mailed before contacting us.
All Commencement Collections are final sale - at this time we do not accept returns on discounted items - they may not be returned for store credit.
Please note: all shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package.
Barbari is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
